HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to enhance the lives of Residents through engaging activities. The role involves planning, fundraising, and fostering social connections among Residents. Candidates should have experience with vulnerable individuals and strong organisational skills. A supportive environment with training and benefits is offered.
In your role as an Activities Co-ordinator at HC-One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognise signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate actions to take.
