About the Role:

To help those we care for live the most rewarding, engaging, and fulfilling lifestyle possible, meeting their needs in terms of the Mind, Body, and Soul.

To support the planning, creation, and delivery of a welcoming, home-based Lifestyle Programme aimed at encouraging residents to participate in a wide range of activities. As part of our group-wide More… Programme, the focus is on meeting resident interests and needs consistently and creatively, while adapting to varying levels of physical and mental ability.

About You:

We provide full training, so we welcome applicants from all backgrounds. It’s important that you’re organized, have excellent communication skills, and are flexible enough to work shifts. We also offer a clear career pathway, with potential progression to Nurse Associate, and we are committed to supporting your professional development. Please note, shifts are scheduled on a rota basis across 7 days, including weekends.

Knowledge / Experience:
  • An understanding of how social interaction impacts overall wellbeing.
  • Ability to assist in delivering lifestyle sessions both in groups and individually.
  • Ability to develop strong community links and successfully deliver events.
  • Flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
  • Willingness to support the implementation of new concepts and ideas.
  • Potential to develop through obtaining Lifestyle / Activities training and qualifications.
