The Activities and Communities Coordinator at UEA Students' Union helps student leaders deliver clubs, societies and activities, creating inclusive, high-quality experiences and a sense of belonging for all students.
This role works across the Union and University to ensure activities are well-supported and aligned with strategic priorities, with hours up to 36.25 per week and a 12‑month fixed term at £28,000 pro rata per year, based in Norwich.

Main duties and responsibilities
The Activities & Communities Coordinator plays a key role in helping students build thriving communities through clubs, societies and student-led activities. The postholder will support student leaders to deliver high-quality experiences, remove barriers to participation, and create opportunities for students to develop skills, friendships and a sense of belonging. Working collaboratively across the Students' Union and University, the Coordinator will help ensure activities are inclusive, well-supported and aligned with the Union's strategic priorities.
