Snap Care in Purley is seeking a part-time Support Worker to join a lively 16-year-old young man with Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy. You will support daily activities, personal care, and accompany him to local community adventures.

This role requires a caring, confident individual, female applicants only, and the ability to assist with moving and handling. A driving license is beneficial; a WAV vehicle is available on duty. Shifts include Monday, Thursday afternoon and Saturday.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting teenagers with Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy.
• Ability to confidently support a tall, active young man with moving and handling and community-based activities.
• Female applicants only.

Responsabilidades

• Support independence and personal care for Billy.
• Engage in home and community activities.
• Encourage participation in trampolining and music.
