Job summary

Royal Mail in Boston is seeking a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) on a fixed-term 12-month contract. You will deliver letters and parcels, walking long distances and driving a Royal Mail van on a rotating shift, including Sundays, across a 37-hour week. Full training, uniform and a red van are provided.

You must hold a full manual UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points) and be fit to work outdoors in all weather. Overtime is paid.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points)
• Ability to walk long distances and work outdoors in all weather
• Reliable and self-motivated with good organisation
• Willingness to work weekends and on a rotating shift
