Job summary

Royal Mail is hiring a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) in Falmouth to sort letters and parcels, deliver by van and on foot, and build relationships with customers. You’ll work 30 hours per week on a rotating schedule, including some weekends, outdoors in all weather, and you’ll receive full training, a uniform, and a red Royal Mail van.

Expect a demanding but rewarding role with opportunities for career development and pension benefits. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence required.
• Willingness to drive a Royal Mail van daily and pass an assessment.
• Physically fit; able to walk long distances and lift mailbags.
• Reliable, self-motivated and customer-focused.
