Job summary

Royal Mail Group Tavistock Delivery Office is seeking a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) to deliver letters and parcels in Tavistock. The role is 30 hours per week across five days in seven, with some weekend work and a fixed term of 9 months. Full training, a uniform and a red Royal Mail van are provided.

You will sort items, drive a Royal Mail van, walk routes, and deliver to local customers, building relationships and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to drive a Royal Mail van daily.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weathers.

Responsibilities

• Sort letters and parcels at the delivery office.
