Job summary

Royal Mail in West London is seeking a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) on a fixed term contract to join our London delivery team. You will sort mail at the delivery office, deliver by van and on foot in your local area, and build relationships with customers while working outdoors in all weathers.

The role is physically demanding and fast-paced, with 37 hours per week across five days in seven. A full manual UK driving licence is required and you must be able to pass a driving assessment.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence required.
• Willingness to drive a Royal Mail van daily and pass a driving assessment.
• Physically fit and able to walk long distances and lift 10 kg+ mailbags.
• Reliable, self-motivated and customer-focused.

Responsibilities
