Royal Mail in Glasgow is seeking a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) on a fixed-term contract for 9 months. The role involves delivering letters and parcels on a rotating shift, outdoors in all weather, 28 hours per week with some weekend work.

Your rota will confirm hours and routes. You will need a full manual UK driving licence, be physically fit to walk long distances, and enjoy working independently while building relationships with customers.

Formación

• Full manual UK driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points).
• Willingness to drive a Royal Mail van daily and pass a driving assessment.
• Physically fit and able to walk long distances, climb stairs/hills, lift 10kg+ mailbags.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organisation and resilience in a busy environment.
• Customer-focused with pride in delivering great service.
• Comfortable working outdoors and independently.
