Job summary

Royal Mail Group in Bicester is looking for a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) to deliver letters and parcels on a rotating 37-hour week, with shifts 08:00-16:00 or 13:30-20:00, including weekends. The role includes paid overtime and is based at Bicester Delivery Office.

You’ll sort at the office, walk long distances, drive a Royal Mail van, and build relationships with local customers. A full manual UK driving licence is required; a driving assessment will be passed, and you must be physically

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence required.
• Willingness to drive a Royal Mail van daily and pass a driving assessment.
• Physically fit and comfortable walking long distances, climbing stairs/hills, and lifting 10kg+ mailbags.
• Reliable and self-motivated.
• Strong organisation and resilience in a busy environment.
