Royal Mail Group in Stafford is seeking a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) on a fixed-term contract to deliver letters and parcels across the Stafford area. You’ll work a rotating schedule, including weekends, with duties outdoors and on foot or by van.

Qualifications

• A full manual UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points.
• Willingness to drive a Royal Mail van daily and pass a driving assessment.
• Physically fit to walk long distances and lift 10kg+ mailbags.
• Reliable, self-motivated and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Sort letters and parcels at the delivery office.
• Deliver post by van and on foot in your local area.
• Build relationships with customers.
• Work outdoors in all weathers.
