Royal Mail Group in Henley-on-Thames is seeking a dynamic Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) to join our team. You will deliver letters and parcels by van and on foot across the local area, with a rotating shift schedule including weekends.

Training is provided and you’ll wear the iconic red van as you connect with customers and support the community. The role is outdoors, fast-paced, and physically demanding, requiring a full manual UK driving licence, reliability, and a readiness to work

Qualifications

• Must have a full manual UK driving licence.
• Physically fit to walk long distances and lift mailbags.
• Reliable and self-motivated with good time-management.
• Organised, resilient and customer-focused in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort letters and parcels at the delivery office.
• Deliver post by van and on foot in your local area.
• Build relationships with customers along your route.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
