The University of Sheffield is seeking an Active Health Coordinator to design personalised exercise programs for clients referred by healthcare professionals. You will deliver initial assessments, monitor progress, and adjust plans to meet individual needs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Competenze

• Experience as Active Health Coordinator or similar in sports/recreation
• Qualifications in exercise science, PT or related field
• Knowledge of health conditions and exercise prescription
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Enthusiastic, positive and determined attitude

Mansioni

• Develop and deliver individualised exercise programs for referred clients based on health assessments and goals
• Conduct initial consultations and assessments to determine fitness levels and health conditions
• Monitor and track progress, adjusting programs as needed
• Provide support and encouragement to clients in a positive environment
• Partner with healthcare professionals for integrative health approaches
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with team members
