Job summary

Blue Cross for Pets is seeking a Stock Collector and Distribution Driver for the North region, based in Nantwich with travel across the North of England. The role is permanent, full-time (35 hours/week) with a salary of £23,311 per year.

You will be the key link between donors, collection points and our shops, planning routes, loading and transferring stock, and ensuring stock is available to boost shop floors and fundraising efforts.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in a driving-based role.
• Knowledge of road traffic laws and regulations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to perform job safely and effectively.
• Understanding and applying Blue Cross values.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Blue Cross van to collect/donations and stock shelves.
• Plan efficient daily routes and coordinate with shop teams.
• Load/unload items including large furniture.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety.
• Keep journey logs and mileage reports; complete PAT training as required.
• Be a friendly ambassador to communities and retailers.
