Job summary

Pertemps Royal Mail in Glasgow is hiring a Postal/Parcel Delivery Driver. You will start at the local delivery office and load your vehicle, then deliver letters and parcels on foot and by vehicle, with occasional walking up to 8 miles.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK manual driving licence with up to 6 points.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Driving/delivering experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Load & Go: sorting and loading your vehicle at the delivery office.
• Deliver letters and parcels by foot and vehicle, up to 8 miles a day.
• Use handheld device for route navigation and signature captures.
• Lift mailbags up to 16kg and parcels up to 20kg.
