Job summary

Angard Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking friendly individuals to join Royal Mail as flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers in Scotland. You will deliver letters and parcels across your local area, combining driving a van with walking routes as needed.

Expect varied shifts and a role that keeps you active outdoors. Applicants should hold a full, manual UK driving licence with up to six points and be able to walk 20,000 steps daily while handling mailbags weighing up to 16 kg.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day, get in and out of your van regularly, and carry a mailbag weighing up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary; ability to adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Royal Mail in your community, delivering letters and parcels.
• Drive a Royal Mail delivery van and ensure items reach their destination safely.
• Handle and deliver election materials and certain items in line with standards.
