Job summary

Angard Recruitment has an exciting placement with Royal Mail for flexible delivery drivers. As a Post Person with Driving, you’ll be the face of Royal Mail in your community, delivering letters and parcels on your round, both by van and on foot, come rain or shine.

The role offers varied shifts with pay rates by the shift category, requires a full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points) and the fitness to walk long distances and lift bags.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day, get in and out of your van and carry a mailbag up to 16kg.
• Shifts vary; you must be able to adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• As a Post Person with Driving, deliver letters and parcels across your round by van and on foot.
• You’ll be the face of Royal Mail in your community, delivering items come rain or shine.
• You’ll securely handle and deliver all items in line with business standards.
