Job summary

Angard Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting flexible postal delivery drivers to represent Royal Mail in communities across the region. You will drive routes, occasionally on foot, providing reliable service and maintaining high standards during all deliveries.

Role requires a full UK manual driving licence (no more than 6 points) and the physical ability to handle bags up to 16kg while walking extensive distances throughout your shift. Shifts vary to fit business needs.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day, get in and out of your van regularly, and carry a mailbag weighing up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary, so we need team players who can adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels as part of a round, driving a Royal Mail van and delivering items to customers.
• Ensure secure delivery of all items on your route, including election materials and age-restricted items in line with policy.
