Job summary

Angard Staffing Solutions Ltd, on behalf of Royal Mail, is seeking flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers in the United Kingdom. You’ll drive a Royal Mail van around your delivery area and deliver letters and parcels, with a focus on reliable service and community presence.

This role blends walking with driving and requires physical stamina and a can-do attitude. Shifts vary: day, dawn, early, evening, late and night, with hourly rates from £13.69 to £16.44.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence required with no more than 6 points.
• Be physically able to walk 20,000 steps per day and handle mailbag up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary; you must be flexible and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels as part of a Royal Mail round.
• Drive the delivery van and occasionally walk parts of the route to complete deliveries.
• Securely handle and deliver election materials and other items per policy.
