Job summary

Angard Staffing Solutions Ltd in Liverpool is recruiting for flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers to join the Royal Mail team. You will deliver letters and parcels, drive a Royal Mail van and walk parts of your route, staying active and serving the community in all weather.

Roles are shift-based with varying hours; a driving assessment is required on start, and pay rates are provided for each shift type. This is a temporary position with community impact.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk around 20,000 steps per day and handle a mailbag up to 16 kg.
• Shifts vary; you must be able to adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels as part of the Royal Mail round.
• Drive a Royal Mail delivery van and walk portions of the route as needed.
• Deliver election materials and certain items in line with business standards.
