Job summary

Royal Mail is recruiting flexible postal delivery drivers via Angard Recruitment. You will deliver letters and parcels on your route, combining van driving with on-foot delivery as needed, while providing excellent service in your local community.

Roles include varying shifts with pay rates shown for each shift; successful candidates must be physically fit and able to handle up to 16 kg mailbags. Driving assessment required on start.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day, carry a mailbag up to 16 kg.
• Shifts can vary, so you need to be flexible and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels in your community, come rain or shine, on your round.
• Drive a Royal Mail van and complete parts of your route on foot, providing exceptional service.
• Securely deliver all items on your route, including election materials and restricted items per policy.
