Requirements:
- Proper Constructability and BIM (Building Information Modelling) knowledge
- Code Knowledge
- Effective Communication
- Client Acumen is essential in this role
- Sales Knowledge is preferable
- Accountability and responsibility; ability to take ownership of work
- Time Flexibility to allow good overlap with the India Team
Role & Responsibility:
- Travel regularly throughout the UK/ROI for meetings with clients & prospects
- Onboard new clients and nurture existing clients to grow accounts, working closely with the presales team in India and UK Regional Head
- Present Pinnacle Infotech to prospects and clients, explaining processes, documentation, and understanding expectations
- Follow-up on emails and meetings to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding, maintaining regular contact with clients and providing feedback to the production team and COE
- Attend kick-off meetings, coordination meetings, and weekly review meetings as needed
- Manage customer accounts using CRM tools like Salesforce
- Make calls to customers for new opportunities
- Follow up after proposal submissions to ensure scope is met and address questions
- Track proposal status and inform estimation/BD teams
- Gather references and partner information from other trades
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and professional associations
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and facilitate communication between clients and the production team
- Build relationships with clients and monitor upcoming projects and projections
- Support the production team in understanding client requirements and executing projects successfully
- Maintain high standards of verbal and written communication between customers and the production team
- Uphold high standards of quality in personal work and services
