Role & Responsibility:

• Travel regularly throughout the UK/ROI for meetings with clients & prospects
• Onboard new clients and nurture existing clients to grow accounts, working closely with the presales team in India and UK Regional Head
• Present Pinnacle Infotech to prospects and clients, explaining processes, documentation, and understanding expectations
• Follow-up on emails and meetings to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding, maintaining regular contact with clients and providing feedback to the production team and COE
• Attend kick-off meetings, coordination meetings, and weekly review meetings as needed
• Manage customer accounts using CRM tools like Salesforce
• Make calls to customers for new opportunities
• Follow up after proposal submissions to ensure scope is met and address questions
• Track proposal status and inform estimation/BD teams
• Gather references and partner information from other trades
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and professional associations
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and facilitate communication between clients and the production team
• Build relationships with clients and monitor upcoming projects and projections
• Support the production team in understanding client requirements and executing projects successfully
• Maintain high standards of verbal and written communication between customers and the production team
• Uphold high standards of quality in personal work and services
