Bestway Group is seeking a New Business & Acquisitions Manager to drive new accounts and sales by securing quality leads across the Bestway Retail portfolio. You will be target-driven with the potential to increase earnings as sales grow, collaborating with the wider Bestway Retail teams to implement strategy and maximize results.

You’ll build networks with internal and external contacts, prioritize recruitment campaigns across retail sectors, and actively pursue acquisition opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial understanding of Symbol Group industry.
• Ability to spot opportunities for growth and development.
• Outstanding presenting and influencing skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop positive networking relationships with the wider field based Bestway Retail colleagues.
• Develop links with external industry contacts to drive activity and lead generation support.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure literature and presentations are ready for recruitment campaigns across retail sectors.
• Proactively network with existing Bestway Retail operators who want to grow store numbers.
• Approach retailers to ascertain acquisition opportunities.
