Job summary

Avant Arte is seeking a Senior Marketing Lead to drive paid acquisition for Avant Arte and Make-Ready Editions. You will own the acquisition engine across channels, shape forecasting, and lead measurement-driven optimisations for a rapidly expanding paid media program.

You'll work with the Marketing team to align campaigns with brand strategy, manage a growing budget, and deliver measurable impact across releases each week.

• Strong measurement, forecasting, and testing discipline
• Ability to make fast spend decisions in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Lead paid acquisition for Avant Arte and Make-Ready Editions, adapting audience, media and optimisation strategies
• Set realistic targets for each channel and optimise performance in flight
• Improve measurement, forecasting and testing for a growing paid media budget
• Make spend calls quickly to capitalize on short campaign windows
• Build a testing programme to learn from each release
• Plan cross-channel campaigns and optimise across the release programme
• Own the cross-channel forecast for every release
