Top Job Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Acoustics Division in London.

The role oversees delivery of bespoke acoustic products from inception to completion, coordinating with clients, site teams and senior management to ensure on-time, on-spec material delivery. The ideal candidate has proven project management experience in construction/acoustics, strong client liaison skills, and a solid grasp of RAMS and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess technical drawings and specifications for secured contracts.
• Liaise directly with clients to agree installation programmes and manage expectations.
• Organise and attend site visits and pre-start meetings.
• Ensure sites are fully prepared and ready prior to installation.
• Review and update site-specific RAMS.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and manage project files through to completion.
• Plan, monitor, and coordinate the daily workload of installation teams.
• Work closely with the Operations Director to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
• Manage snagging works and ensure all issues are resolved promptly.
• Coordinate project sign-off, handover, and client satisfaction processes.
• Undertake additional project management duties as required.
