Job summary

Wr Hvac is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technically complex mechanical and ventilation projects in the acoustic sector. You will oversee from customer order through design, manufacture, installation, testing, commissioning and final handover.

The role requires coordinating customers, engineering, production, procurement, site teams and specialist subcontractors while maintaining programme, commercial and technical performance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in mechanical engineering, HVAC, ventilation or acoustic products.
• Ability to manage projects from design through commissioning.
• Strong customer and subcontractor management skills.
• Commercial awareness including budgets and change control.

Responsibilities

You will take responsibility for projects from customer order through design, manufacture, installation, testing, commissioning and final handover.

The role involves coordinating customers, engineering, production, procurement, site teams and specialist subcontractors while maintaining programme, commercial and technical performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience within industrial acoustics is essential
• Project management experience within mechanical engineering, HVAC, ventilation, acoustic products or engineered manufacturing
• Experience managing projects through design, manufacture, installation and commissioning
• Strong customer and subcontractor management skills
• Commercial understanding including budgets, variations and change control
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with project planning software such as Microsoft Project
• Experience within power generation, industrial or infrastructure projects advantageous
