Job summary

Greenhead College in Huddersfield is seeking an Achievement Tutor to join our full-time student support team. The role focuses on supporting both academic progress and the personal wellbeing of students within a dedicated College environment.

You will work closely with four Student Support and Welfare Leads, guide students through their educational journey with pastoral care, personal development and safeguarding, and help deliver the tutorial programme for seven tutor groups.

Job description

The Achievement Tutor will work full-time as part of a dedicated team, assisting the work offour Student Support and Welfare Leads in promoting both the academic progress andpersonal wellbeing of students.

The post holder will play a key role in guiding students throughtheir educational journey at the College, contributing to pastoral care, personal developmentand safeguarding provision.

The role includes responsibility for seven tutor groups and active involvement in the deliveryand development of the College’s tutorial programme.
