Who we're looking for

Our Automotive Apprenticeship Team are looking for an enthusiastic and caring person to take on this important role as Achievement Coach. You will understand the needs of further education students and the barriers they face in achieving their dreams. You will be expected to work closely with our Learning & Skills Team and Compliance Administration team and therefore require excellent organisation and communication skills.

You will have a vital role in the pastoral support of our apprentices. A key part of this will be monitoring attendance and supporting apprentices attending training at Ruddington, in the workplace and at remote centres in Slough and Macclesfield. You will be required to have a full UK drivers’ licence. You will also be required to provide 1-1 targeted support for our vulnerable apprentices and those requiring additional learning support.
