RC&A in London is seeking an Associate Creative Director (Copy) to be the creative number two on major projects and client relationships. The hybrid, permanent role focuses on turning strategic direction into standout work, shaping briefs and leading workstreams from brief to delivery.

You will write everything from headlines and social copy to scripts and brand narratives, own tone of voice across touchpoints, and mentor juniors.

Formación

• Substantial experience in a copy-led role within integrated, content or social-first work.
• Portfolio showing hands-on copy and big ideas across campaigns.
• Experience leading workstreams and mentoring juniors.
• Ability to switch voices across brands while preserving craft.

Responsabilidades

• Lead significant workstreams from brief to delivery.
• Shape briefs, develop platform ideas and campaign territories.
• Write headlines, social copy, scripts, and brand narratives; long-form content.
• Own tone of voice across touchpoints and build decks; direct shoots/voiceover.
• Sometimes lead a small team or partner with an Art Director to deliver work.
