Job summary

RC&A in London is seeking a senior, copy-led Creative Director for an ambitious independent creative agency. The role is leadership-focused but it won’t pull you away from the work, you’ll stay hands-on and run major client relationships and creative teams.

You will develop concepts, find the organising idea, write and shape narratives and scripts, and collaborate with Art Directors and Designers to take ideas through delivery.

• Leadership experience at senior level.
• Proven ability to manage major client relationships.
• Strong storytelling and narrative development skills.
