Overview

As an ACT, you will support the Pharmacist and wider team by clinically checking dispensed prescriptions, allowing the Pharmacist to focus on more patient-facing services. You will be a vital part of delivering outstanding customer care and community health services.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out the final accuracy check on dispensed items, ensuring all legal, clinical, and procedural requirements are met.
• Supporting the dispensing process and mentoring other members of the dispensary team.
• Maintaining high standards of pharmacy practice, cleanliness, and organisation.
• Working collaboratively with the Pharmacist to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
• Leading by example in excellent customer service and a patient-first approach.
