Job summary

Silverstone is seeking a Deputy Accreditation Officer to support our accreditation and access control operation for major events and year-round site access. You will assist with applications, approvals, pass production and distribution, ensuring accurate and secure access for employees, partners and contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in major events or fast-paced environments.
• Familiar with accreditation or access control processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of accreditation system and processes.
• Deliver accreditation and access control for all events.
• Liaise with internal departments to manage accreditation requirements.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders regarding accreditation requirements.
• Manage accreditation applications for companies and individuals.
• Produce and distribute staff and event partner accreditation.
• Maintain records in the accreditation system and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure issued accreditation meets standards and approvals.
• Assist with event build, live event and derig periods.
• Identify improvements to processes and customer experience.
