Job summary

UK & Ireland 2028 Limited at Wembley Stadium is seeking an Accreditation Operations Manager to lead planning, coordination and delivery of accreditation services across venues, ensuring timing and quality.

You will hire and develop the Accreditation Operations team, oversee background screening with local authorities, and foster strong relationships with internal teams, venues, security partners and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Exposure to Accreditation or similar operational functions in large-scale events or public sector contexts.
• Experience leading operational teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Knowledge of accreditation, credentialing or related processes.
• Experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of data protection, confidentiality, compliance and information security.
• Experience delivering operational services.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of accreditation operations across venues.
• Lead implementation and management of background screening with local authorities.
• Build and support the Accreditation Operations team, including hiring direct reports.
• Manage and support the team with clear objectives and problem solving.
• Build relationships with internal teams, venue stakeholders, security partners, and suppliers.
• Track performance, identify process improvements, and enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Adapt to changing needs and take on additional responsibilities as required.
• Prioritise day-to-day activities to meet high professional standards.
