Job summary

Calibre seeks an Accreditation Manager in London to build and expand its certification platform with AI-powered operations. You will translate ISO/standards into practical policies, coordinate audits, and manage evidence trails to support rapid expansion into new standards.

With 2-5 years in related certification fields, you will own the accreditation lifecycle, develop reusable templates, and drive continuous improvement while working closely with founders and the commercial team.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in consulting, clinical trials or medical device certification processes.
• Strong writing and structured thinking with ability to translate complex requirements into clear policy and procedures.
• Experience coordinating audits, finding gaps and driving evidence.
• Practical AI fluency and ability to build reusable workflows around AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Write the substance by translating standards into clear policies, procedures and records.
• Coordinate internal audits and test processes, identify gaps and implement improvements.
• Manage accreditation processes, track findings, corrective actions and deadlines to closure.
• Create reusable templates, clause mappings, evidence libraries and AI workflows for future standards.
