Job summary

Calibre is building a global certification business and seeks a role to translate ISO standards into robust policies and evidence trails. You will work directly with founders to shape processes, conduct audits, and manage accreditation activities while applying AI-driven workflows to scale operations.

The role requires 2–5 years in related fields, strong writing, and practical AI fluency. London-based, five days in the office, with a salary of £40k–£60k + equity.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, clinical trials or medical device certification processes.
• Strong writing and structured thinking to convert requirements into policies and processes.
• Proven track record delivering complex work and coordinating stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and building reusable AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Write the substance: translate standards into policies, procedures, responsibilities and records reflecting Calibre's operations.
• Find gaps and close them: run internal audits and verify processes with appropriate independence and technical support.
• Carry the accreditation process through: manage evidence, coordinate bodies and actions to closure.
• Make the work reusable: create templates, evidence libraries and AI workflows for future standards.
