The role involves reviewing year-end accounts and corporate tax returns prepared by junior staff, guiding workflow, resolving client questions, and supporting process improvements while maintaining exceptional client service under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing year end accounts prepared by junior members of staff for Director/Manager sign off
• Reviewing corporation tax returns prepared by junior members of staff for Director/Manager sign off
• Helping clients with general advice and software questions
• Managing the workflow of accounts preparation process and work planning to ensure smooth efficiencies of work completed to deadlines agreed with clients
• Contributing to ongoing process improvement and best practice development
• Correspond with clients by email and phone to resolve questions on accounts
• Support adhoc client-driven projects
