Job summary

TC Group in the UK is seeking an Accounts Senior/Assistant Manager to join our Farnham team. You will review statutory accounts, corporation tax returns and ensure compliance with UK GAAP and HMRC regulations while maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of practice experience, ACCA/ACA/AAT qualification, impeccable organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing year end accounts prepared by junior members of staff for Director/ Manager sign off
• Reviewing corporation tax returns prepared by junior members of staff for Director/ Manager sign off
• Helping clients with general advice and software questions
• Managing the workflow of accounts preparation process and work planning to ensure smooth efficiencies of work completed to deadlines agreed with clients.
• Contributing to ongoing process improvement and best practice development
• Correspond with clients by email and phone to resolve questions on accounts
• Support adhoc client-driven projects
