Michael Page is working with a well-established accountancy practice to appoint an Accounts Senior in Burnley. You will prepare year-end accounts for diverse clients, produce tax computations and VAT returns, and build strong client relationships while mentoring junior staff.

The role emphasizes accuracy, time management, and collaboration within a supportive team. The ideal candidate is AAT qualified with ACA/ACCA studies desirable and has prior practice experience, with strong communication

Qualificações

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and build client relationships.
• Experience in an accountancy practice.
• AAT qualification or progress towards ACA/ACCA is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
• Produce draft tax computations and VAT returns.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Review work completed by junior team members.
• Support and mentor more junior colleagues within the team.
• Ensure assignments are delivered accurately and on time.
