Job summary

Attega Group Ltd is recruiting an Accounts Senior / Semi-Senior to join the client’s team in Eastleigh/Chandlers Ford. The role focuses on ownership of accounts preparation, budget monitoring, and finalising financial statements. Salary ranges up to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The position is full-time and permanent, offering hybrid working (2 days from home per week) and a discretionary bonus, plus study support for professional exams.

Qualifications

• Must be part or fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Experience in planning, completing and finalising accounts preparation.
• Strong budget management and financial statement understanding.
• Excellent attention to detail and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good client relationships and manage expectations.
• Monitor budgets and understand commercial billing and collections.
• Resolve client queries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell company services to existing clients.
