Job summary

IPS Finance is recruiting an Accounts Senior for a long-established Chartered Accountants practice based in Holmfirth. You will handle statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax returns for a diverse client base, with support on audits.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in practice and qualifications such as AAT, ACA, or ACCA by experience. The firm offers flexible working, enhanced annual leave and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in accounting roles in practice.
• Experience as Accountant or Senior Accountant in practice.
• Qualified by experience with AAT/ACA/ACCA.
• Confident liaising with clients and colleagues to support growth.

New opportunity for an Accounts Senior to join a firm of Chartered Accountants based in Holmfirth.

This long-established firm offer their clients a range of services from accounts, audit and tax.

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
• Preparation management accounts for a range of clients.
• Preparation of corporate and personal tax returns.
• The opportunity to support on audit work.

To be a successful applicant for this Senior Accountant position, ideally you should meet the following:

• Have at least 3+ years' experience.
• Have experience working as an Accountant or Senior Accountant in Practice.
• Be AAT, ACA, or ACCA qualified by experience.
• Feel confident liaising with clients and colleagues to assist in the growth of the firm.
