Job summary

Rob Emsley Specialist Accountancy Practice Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Semi Senior or Senior to join a progressive accountancy practice in Bristol. The role involves preparing financial statements, tax returns, management accounts, bookkeeping, VAT returns, and client queries.

You’ll work with sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, liaising with HMRC and supporting clients with digital accounting software.

Qualifications

• AAT qualified or equivalent; ongoing studies supported.
• Strong technical background in a practice environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

This role will see you work with a varied portfolio of sole traders,partnershipsand limited companies. You will prepare financial statements and tax returns, prepare management accounts, perform bookkeepingdutiesand complete VAT returns. You will alsodeal with client queries, liaise withHMRCand support your clients with their digital accounting software.
