Accounts Receivable Specialist - Credit Controller

What you will enjoy doing

  • This hybrid role involves taking ownership of Germany Accounts Receivable Ledger, covering Ratingen & Wiggensbach.
  • Managing collections of country receivables.
  • Setting up new customers.
  • Reporting weekly debtor data: bad debt, actual, and projected.
  • Managing month-end close and completing reconciliations with accounts receivable and the general ledger.
  • Performing and assessing credit lines.
  • Holding debtor aging meetings with the local customer service team, sales, and finance controllers to discuss customer status and provide assistance.
  • Uploading GL weekly.

  • Previous experience as a Finance professional.
  • Proficiency in German.
  • Accounting qualification.
  • Strong communication, customer service skills, business partnering, problem-solving, and teamwork.
  • Experience in managing customer ledgers is advantageous.
