Accounts Receivable Specialist - Credit Controller

What you will enjoy doing

  • In this hybrid role you will take ownership for Germany Accounts Receivable Ledger's covering Ratingen & Wiggensbach
  • You will manage collections of country receivable
  • Further you are responsible for setting up new customers
  • You will report weekly debtor data: bad debt, actual and projected
  • Manage month-end close and completing reconciliations with accounts receivable and general ledger will be part of this role
  • In addition you will perform and assess credit lines
  • You will hold debtor aging meetings with the local customer service team, sales and finance controllers. You will discuss customer status give help where needed
  • You will upload GL weekly

  • You have previous experience working as a Finance professional
  • Moreover you must have an additional language in German
  • You have an accounting qualification
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, business partnering, problem solving and excellent teamwork suits your profile
  • Further, accounts receivable expertise in managing customer ledgers is advantageous
  • You will have the ability to multi-task and meet key month end targets and timelines
