The Fresh Produce Centre, Ltd. is seeking a Sales Ledger Clerk to manage customer invoicing, update receipts, and resolve disputes with hauliers. You will communicate with customers daily, maintain accurate ledgers, and support the Sales Ledger team with ad-hoc requests.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with strong numerical ability.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Word) and data entry accuracy.
• Able to dispute delivery shortages and resolve issues with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices using POD matching.
• Update daily receipts against invoices.
• Dispute delivery shortages with hauliers and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle ad-hoc queries from colleagues and investigate to resolve them.
