Job summary

Trinity House Group Ltd in Coventry is seeking a Finance Analyst - Accounts Receivable. You will own AR across two main ledgers, assess credit risk and help shape how AI and automation streamline the function while expanding into broader finance work.

You will build debtor reporting, contact UK and international customers to collect overdue amounts, and partner with sales and operations to balance risk with commercial needs. The role is permanent, office-based, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on accounts receivable or credit control experience.
• Interest in AI and automation to improve processes.
• Get-it-done attitude and quick learner.
• Commercially minded with clear reasoning for actions.
• Confident communicator able to build rapport with customers.
• Good Excel and reporting skills; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts receivable across two ledgers with oversight of a third.
• Contact UK and overseas customers by phone and email to collect overdue accounts.
• Assess credit risk using company filings and credit reports.
• Collaborate with credit insurers on limits and cover.
• Provide options and recommendations to management with clear rationale.
• Develop reporting on debtor days and unallocated payments across ledgers.
