Job summary

TP ICAP Group in Belfast is seeking an AR Analyst to build professional relationships with clients and TP ICAP staff, manage manual tasks and support audit requirements. You will work with IT to integrate new business into AR and help ensure AR development meets requirements, while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires strong Excel and data analytics skills, experience with Oracle modules, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a finance or operations environment.
• Skilled in Excel and reporting packages.
• Experience with controls environments and evidence of controls process improvement.
• Strong data and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, with high organisation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Oracle AR/Financials and Oracle E-Business Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build professional relationships with clients and TP ICAP employees.
• Meet key targets as agreed with management.
• Maintain accurate manual task records.
• Recommend and implement improvements to the systems, processes and procedures.
• Comply with policies, guidelines and controls and monitor and report breaches.
• Meet audit requirements and deadlines.
• Work with IT to ensure new business is integrated into AR and AR development requirements are met.
• Assist AR team with manual ad hoc tasks where required.
• Identify and remedy static data issues.
