VANRATH is delighted to partner with our client in Belfast City Centre, who is searching for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, issue, and record invoices in the financial management system.
• Post and reconcile receipts from various payment methods (cash, cheque, credit transfer, standing orders, card payments).
• Manage and reconcile computerized ledgers.
• Administer and process payments via Direct Debit.
• Analyze the Debtors Ledger and perform credit control.
• Record, monitor, and report on all income received.
• Handle administration of bursary applications.
• Respond to financial queries as needed.
• Compile and process bank lodgements.
• Provide cover for general administrative duties, including responding to telephone and in-person inquiries during absences or holidays.
