Job summary

Manpower UK is hiring an Accounts Receivable Data Analyst in Coventry to support reconciliations, data updates and analysis for the Icewatch client’s previous trading season. The role is temporary for two months with a 40-hour week.

You will work with the AR team and Head of Business Solutions to ensure data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and aid cash flow objectives. Familiarity with Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and meticulous data handling are essential.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence handling numerical data.
• Willingness to learn, follow guidance and ask questions.
• Organised, reliable and able to work collaboratively.
• Previous reconciliation or Accounts Receivable experience desirable but not compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile previous-season records and investigate discrepancies.
• Update and validate data, maintaining accurate supporting records.
• Use Excel to compare datasets and summarise outstanding items.
• Flag issues promptly and track progress through to resolution.
