RA Dalton Ltd is recruiting an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our fast-paced accounts department. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual with previous experience, including day-to-day operation of the sales ledger, debt collection, review of credit terms and setup of customer accounts.

You will be joining a forward-thinking and growing organisation with ambitious plans to expand our commercial presence within the water and wastewater sector.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in accountancy.
• Proficient in accountancy software.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of customer accounts and identifying discrepancies.
• Management of customer credit limits and payment terms.
• Processing customer payments, refunds and adjustments.
• Researching and resolving customer inquiries.
• Sending Customer Statements.
• Updating accounts information.
• Development and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets.
• Use of Microsoft Outlook to manage e-mails.
