Job Title

Accounts Receivable Lead (Part Time)

Bristol City Centre (Hybrid - 2 days onsite, 1 day WFH)

Salary

£30,000 - £35,000 pro rata

Employment Details

Part-time, 3 days per week (22.5 hours - flexible schedule)

Company Overview

Robert Half is partnering with an innovative company in Bristol to recruit a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to support transactional finance, primarily focusing on Accounts Receivable with some Accounts Payable support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage Accounts Receivable from order approval to invoicing and payment collection
  2. Assist with Accounts Payable as needed
  3. Handle complex invoicing processes
  4. Support VAT and tax reporting, with training provided
  5. Use SAGE 50, with an ERP migration underway
Ideal Candidate
  1. Strong background in Sales Ledger / Accounts Receivable
  2. Experience with Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable is a bonus
  3. Experience in transactional finance with detailed invoice management
  4. Understanding of VAT / Tax for invoicing
  5. Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
The Team

Join a close-knit finance team of five, including admin support, transactional staff, a finance manager, and a financial controller, with strong onboarding and development support.
